This has been one of the hardest things for me but lately this is what I been turning to it helps a print it, write it down put it everywhere. When feel down or want to give up workout take it out in the gym or go for a walk. It refreshing and it helps.

It happened to me
I never asked for this to happen to me.
But treated me like it was my fault
It wasn't my fault,
I was only five,
It was hell.
I was buillid because of it.
No one saved me,
Believe in me.
I was in pain
But to a nobody that was something that matters.
All the pain is real.
It still feels like it happens to me now.
But blame me.
That it is my fault.
You say I should get over it.
But it is not my fault.
I was five years old.
The overwhelming pain,
Not my fault.
I'm the victim,
Not the perpetrator.
